A Versatile Voice in Three Part Harmony: Warmth, Charm, and Intelligence!
We Oklahomans like to say we've never met a stranger. This sentiment is at the heart of all I do as a voice actor and storyteller. My career as a voice actor actually started with a cello, not a microphone. I began telling stories and backing myself up with my cello! Yep, I am a professional cellist with over 30 years experience. I fell in love with connecting with people through music and words, and this still guides my voice acting performances today more than anything else. As a professional voice actor, I primarily focus on children and families eLearning, narration, audiobooks, and animation. Museum narration is a passion as well and have found this to be niche for me. I have a unique voice that is versatile and directable. So, whether I am behind the mic in my booth in a session, on stage as a solo cellist or chamber musician, recording for a film score, or in a library telling stories to young children, my professionalism and creativity is rooted in making connections to my community, clients, and audience. Oklahoma is right in the heartland of our country...and that's where I like to be with stories as well...right at the heart of them, letting my voice bring them to life.
