Botan Akgul

As an actor of 7 years BUT a gamer of 22 years, I have been able to spend time in imaginative worlds with many unique voiced characters, aiding me in building my arsenal of voices. I excel in being able to create many new character voices which are heightened and I am also able to do many realistic and natural voices, from those that sound similar to deeper and higher pitched voices and multiple different accents.

I am a professionally trained actor in both screen and stage and so my note taking and character work is always at the highest quality. My work on voice acting has always given me the freedom when it comes to this realm of acting. This combined with professional stage training gives these bodiless characters a physicality whilst I am in the booth. The finishing touches come from my screen acting skills where I can alter the many different vocal qualities of each character to bring in a sense of realism and breathe life into every word.

 Ausbildung

My voice over skills come from my full time BA Acting Course at 'Collective Acting Studio'. Professionally trained voice over teachers and our very own recording booth have helped me learn how to record voices and edit them using given softwares.

 Erfahrung

My biggest achievements so far have been my first feature film called 'CROSS' (screening starts in March 2026) to playing Banquo in Macbeth to the public.

Thanks to my training, I am also skilled at; Post-production (editing videos, scenes and anything voice related), to singing.
