Guy's training background is in BBC local radio, where he has completed various industry courses (e.g. voice acting, editing, production skills) operated by the BBC Academy.

Since then, Guy has continued to benefit from world class vocal coaching and audiobook narration classes, e.g. with Nick Clinch at Notable Voices in London.
