"Professional and Engaging Scottish Voiceovers for Any Genre"

Having trained professionally in acting, I am able to bring characters fully to life and I understand how to lift text off of the page. I try to stay clear of a generic 'commercial voice' or adding a level of 'cheese' (unless appropriate of course) to my recordings, and aim instead for a genuine, yet expressive read. Due to my experience in stage, television, and corporate work, I feel that I can provide an authentic, truthful, and engaging performance whether it's for commercials, audio dramas, video games, e-learning or corporate listings.

As I have a home studio with a professional-standard microphone (Neumann TLM 102), I can return high-quality WAV files (or MP3 if required) at short notice. I use Reaper as my software, and so my editing process is quick and efficient.

I believe what makes me stand out is that despite only graduating in July, I have been continuously working in voiceovers since the beginning of lockdown, with 100% positive reviews. I am a keen learner, easy to communicate with and give direction to, and entirely focused on meeting the needs of my clients, so that they come away feeling completely happy with the voiceover I've provided.

Please get in touch if you have any questions, and I look forward to working with you!

 Formation

I trained at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, on the BA Acting course, whereby I was also given radio and voiceover training. It was through this that I gained a place on the prestigious 'Carleton Hobbs (BBC) Radio Team 2020'.

Prior to Italia Conti, I gained a First-Class MA (Hons) Degree in International Business at The University of Edinburgh, whereby I was also a member of Bedlam Theatre. And before that, I studied Acting and Performance at Langside College in Glasgow for two years, straight after school.

 Expérience

Previous professional experience includes many audio dramas for Apple Podcasts, projects for the NFTS, Season 2 of 'Red Valley', 'The Campaign Trail' by Joel Cornah and poetry by Signe Maene. I frequently work with the company 'Alternative Stories and Fake Realities Podcast', gaining numerous lead roles in their audio dramas and poetry readings. I also voiced a sexual harassment campaign for the University of Edinburgh.

I came first-place in 'The Voice Distillery Voice-over Competition' 2020, judged by the renowned vocal coach, Nicola Redman.

My Spotlight Pin is: 5315-7864-4863.
