Marisa Brings you a warm, sultry voice that can be anywhere from friendly and conversational, to informative and trustworthy, to mysterious and seductive, and back again. With years of acting experience, Marisa brings the reader with her on a journey. She is Bilingual (Spanish/English) and grew up in Honduras, Panama, Illinois, Washington DC, and now lives in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina with her husband and three boys. She taught elementary school for 5 years and has a passion for children’s books. She is a vocalist who has been singing in bands for over 20 years and has collaborated with Grammy Award Winning Secret Agent 23 Skidoo to create bilingual rap songs for the National Library Association. Marisa is currently working on an E-Learning Project that will soon be in schools across America. She can be heard doing commercials for Kroger, The Blue Cross Store in Asheville, various characters in her most recent audiobook #Mixerman and the Billionheir Apparent, and also on screen in various commercials.

I have years of experience behind the mic and on camera as an actor. I have a professional home studio and have experience with editing. I just wrapped up a large e-learning project that will be in schools across the country, worked on various characters in the audiobook Mixerman and the Billionheir Apparent, am the host of the series, Echo Sessions, I have done several spots for the Asheville Blue Cross Blue Shield Store, and started my own Youtube Channel were I read children's books! For the camera work I have been in several commercials for Bojangles, Food Lion, John Deere, Wells Fargo, Nascar, and more! I have also been in a few short films.
