I'm a native northerner, Durham born and bred, now living in Newcastle upon Tyne. Described as a "refined North East" voice, I have generic northern vowels and that famously friendly north east intonation- "bath" not "barth"- but can say otherwise if required!
A former solicitor, I'm very comfortable in the corporate world, so corporate videos, explainers, promos, training, short awards films, telephone and IVR are right up my street! I actually enjoy technical language, which would send many running the other direction and am well used to deadlines, delivering efficiently, being reliable, excellent with communication and love working in a team, happily adapting delivery to suit the audience.
As a mother of two sons, I can deliver an authentic loving, soft or playful maternal voice, as well as a very cross or frustrated one as required!
