Hillary Sigale

My voice is bright, fresh, friendly, and youthful. It also has a very warm tone. I have extensive formal training and prior experience acting on the professional stage in modern and classical works. This experience has made my expansion into voiceover work straightforward. I genuinely enjoy voiceover work. The fun I am having translates into my read of the copy. I also love doing animation work and have been able to create multiple character voices. I have been told by others in the industry that my voice is great for spots where you are looking for a younger sound, but don’t necessarily want to use a child or a teenager. I have a lot of experience training on commercial and industrial copy where my unique and energetic voice catches people’s attention. While I shine in high energy spots, I am equally able to bring warmth and friendliness to other spots.

 Ausbildung

My training is primarily through Acting Studio Chicago where I completed every level of their voiceover acting program. My training includes working on copy for different types of work including commercial, audiobook, animation, and industrial. I have additional training in two professional studios, Chicago Recording Company and BAM Studios. I have worked with experienced, professional audio engineers and know what equipment will best work with my voice. During my training, I had the opportunity to work with and learn from many successful voiceover artists. I continue to learn and work with many of those artists today.

I gained a lot of real-world experience at Acting Studio Chicago and in working with top voiceover talent on my demos.

 Besonderheiten

I am a trained vocalist and would love to be able to incorporate singing into my voiceover work. I also have a few animated voices and characters that I have created over the years and enjoy developing new creative character voices.
