Voice description

Lawrie has a very english voice that is able to be authoritative and believable but also calm and reassuring. Due to experience in acting he is able to do character voices and has provided english butler and cockney voices for different projects.

Training

Initially developed a good strong voice during service in the British army. Later sought voice coaching when he first had an interest in drama. Since then he has spent many years with a renowned amateur dramatics Co and has achieved local recognition as an actor and voice over artist.

Misc/Specials

Business presentations and podcasts are among my regular work along with reading stories and narrating books. Among books are childrens stories and Bible reading. I also read drama sketches and poetry, war poetry being a particular interest. I am happy to make stories as dramatic or as gentle as you may wish.
Also among my work are telephone messages and voicemail greetings.
