As long as the search results have not been manually sorted (by clicking the little triangles) by name or zip code, the list appears randomly sorted.
This is a big advantage (not only to voice talents whose last name starts with 'Z'): All talents get an equal share of presence while voice seekers always get to see new and know new talents.
