She is also known for her professionalism and her ability to turn projects around quickly and accurately. She places a top priority on exceeding her clients' expectations.

Susannah has ability to read complex educational and technical scripts easily and naturally. She has narrated dozens of e-learning programs in subjects ranging from medicine to technology.

Susannah trained as an actress and voice professional at LAMDA and The Drama Studio, London, England.

She holds a BA in English and Theatre from Columbia University, New York.

She has studied voice over with several teachers, including:
Brent Brace, Nancy Wolfson, Los Angeles, CA and is currently a student of Marla Kirban, NY.
