Bob is best suited to real-people characters for commercials; a relaxed vocal style that's easy to listen to; authoritative to sympathetic, casual, folksy, honest, Midwestern, guy-next-door, trustworthy and versatile; he will add a professional and caring voice to your narration or audiobook project; corporate and medical narration to convey expertise and authority; exciting, enthusiastic. Bob is a "real-sounding" mature storyteller and can play any number of different guys; in commercials or narrations could play a father, grandfather, farmer, retiree; he can also be edgy and smart-assed; his voice would work well in bank, car, insurance, health, medical information/testimonial, documentaries and public service announcements.

Voice-over Training/Education:
Bob has benefited from one-on-one training with Harlan Hogan & Jeffrey Fisher (AudioSmartActors), Pat Fraley (PatFraleyTeaches), Kristin Price (Edge Studios), and Heather Costa (SuchAVoice). He's worked with Randy "Z" Zdrojewski and Gerald McBride (Specs Howard). Bob continually builds and refines his voice-over skills with friend and mentor, Joel Porter, voice talent, instructor/coach and audio post engineer (Motion Picture Institute of Michigan/MPI) in Metro Detroit.
